Sara-Vide Ericson participates in group exhibition After The Sun at Gammel Strand
We’re pleased to announce that Sara-Vide Ericson will participate in After the Sun, a group exhibition at Gammel Strand, opening Thursday September 26. 17 - 21.
After the Sun surveys a generational response to the precarious state of our natural environment. 20 young artists, all with close ties to the Nordic region, question what it means to depict landscape today in a time of intensifying climate crisis.
The contributing artists include Sigurður Ámundason (IS), Felipe de Ávila Franco (BR/FI), Á. Birna Björnsdóttir (IS), Ragna Bley (SE), Sara-Vide Ericson (SE), Carola Grahn (SE/SAPMI), Alma Heikkilä(FI), Jane Jin Kaisen (KR/DK), Juha Pekka Matias Laakkonen (FI), Linda Lamignan (NO), Timimie Märak (SE/SAPMI), Olof Marsja (SE/SAPMI), Santiago Mostyn (US/SE), Lea Porsager (DK), Amitai Romm (IL/DK), Vidha Saumya (IN/FI), Inuuteq Storch (GL), Jenna Sutela (FI), Apichaya Wanthiang (TH/NO), Simon Daniel Tegnander Wenzel (DE/NO).
The exhibition is presented in collaboration with Buffalo AKG Art Musuem and is curated by Helga Christoffersen.
