Market Art Fair highlights V1 Gallery in their newsletter

"For their presentation at this year’s fair, Copenhagen-based V1 Gallery brings a group presentation with 10 artists titled ‘Entangled Life’.

The curated presentation is inspired by Merlin Sheldrake’s book ‘Entangled Life: How Fungi Make Our Worlds, Change Our Minds & Shape Our Futures,’ which raises questions about our anthropocentric understanding of the universe and proposes new possibilities for future ecology and understanding. It de-centers the dominant anthropocentric understanding of the universe and suggests new possibilities for a critical ecology of the future. The presentation explores Sheldrake’s ideas and themes, featuring artworks by Rose Eken, Mischa Pavlovski Andresen, Klara Lilja, Anton Funch, Kaspar Oppen Samuelsen, Sara-Vide Ericson, Loji Höskuldsson, Thomas Øvlisen, Emma Kohlmann, and Troels Carlsen.

The group of artists on view forms a beautifully interconnected network, spanning various media, age ranges, and genders".
