V1 GALLERY PRESENTS DANNY FOX AT CHART ART FAIR 2018

V1 Gallery presents a solo presentation by Danny Fox at this year’s CHART Art Fair. A suite of five new large-scale paintings and a salon style hanging of 40 works on paper from 2011-2018. In conjunction with the presentation at CHART, V1 Gallery and The Trojan Horse Press will release the new extensive monograph Danny Fox – A Cut Above The Eye documenting Danny Fox’ work from 2011 – 2018. Writer William Pym contribute with a text exploring the meaning of gaps in Danny Fox’ paintings, while artist colleagues Henry Taylor & Rose Wylie enter into dialogues with Danny Fox about his approach to art and life.
