STUDIO VIEW 3: SARA-VIDE ERICSON (SE)
Our series of studio views allows you to have a sneak peak into the everyday life of the artists we work with. We ask them a few questions about what they are working on and what inspires them. The features are accompanied by photos from the artists’ studios. This time we visit Swedish artist Sara-Vide Ericson’s studio:
Things for CHART! And other projects for upcoming still secret plans. I had such a hectic two years behind me, so now I am prioritizing a well needed time to dig in to more unchartered areas.
What are you listening to?
Sounds from outside; my dog snoring from below the studio window, the chickens hanging around cackling, on occasion some distant tractor or ATV and from inside right now podcasts about crime, skincare and other horrible stuff.
What are you looking at? (TV, art, books, nature etc)
Whatever runs on TV whenever I crash in the sofa tired as hell. Love silly programs?! When writing, it becomes clear to me that I love veterinary programs, porn documentaries and other trashy TV programs.
And by the way: here you can’t really see the nature because of all the trees.
